Inspired Cannabis has elevated the dispensary experience by opening its first “House of Brands” flagship store, located in Vancouver’s shopping district along Robson Street. Opened March 2023, the new 2,400 sqft space highlights prominent Canadian cannabis brands in a mesmerizing gallery layout with design-driven installations and displays. Long-time enthusiasts and newcomers alike can immerse themselves in the culture of these curated cannabis brands. They’re encouraged to interact and engage with each exhibit and can speak with the budtenders at the dispensary positioned at the end of the gallery.

During the development of the dispensary’s 16th retail store, Mac’s II Agencies was called upon by distributor partner, Wesco, to undertake a time-sensitive challenge — a 3-week lead time with delivery. Our design and specification team utilized our extensive list of valued manufacturers that provide quick shipment programs in order to source impeccable crossover for each product initially specified. The goal was to ensure the original fixture aesthetics were maintained, as well as ensure optimal light uniformity and lumen output for the space.

The prominent feature within the space is 3 – 36” Beretto Aluminum Spinning fixtures, by Bock Lighting; an aluminum metal shade, with a two-tone finish, compliments the funky upscale vibe of the space and strategically highlights the headlined cannabis brand within the gallery. The Silo 2015 Monopoint Pendant, by WAC Lighting, was also integrated into the space to provide accent lighting for key product displays. Other fixtures that were distributed throughout the gallery providing ambient lighting are:
