Auguston Traditional Elementary School in Abbotsford has a fresh new look—and a brighter future. With a major expansion now complete, the school has added 180 much-needed seats to relieve enrolment pressure and make room once again for vital childcare services.

Working alongside the talented team at Jarvis Engineering, and closely with Pinnacle Electric and E.B. Horsman & Son, we were proud to help illuminate spaces that are as functional as they are welcoming.

Step inside and you’ll see the difference immediately. Over 200 Liteline Forum LED Panels have been seamlessly integrated throughout the school. From the library to the hallways and open-concept classrooms, their 2’ x 2’ design with 90 CRI provides a soft, consistent light that minimizes glare and eliminates shadows—setting the tone for a calm, focused learning environment.

Head into the gym and look up: 28 ILP Endeavour 2.0 high bay fixtures, finished in crisp white, deliver high-output brightness from soaring heights. Their frosted polycarbonate lenses reduce harshness and enhance comfort, even during the most energetic school events.

At the main entrance, the Vallejo Circular Pendants from SPI Lighting welcome students and families with a wide 90-degree beam that spreads warm light across the space. It’s a small detail that makes a big impression.

In the washrooms, you’ll find Axis Lighting’s Air Surface linear pendants surface-mounted above the sinks. Their sleek, minimal profile adds a modern touch while providing clear, reliable light. Outside, the same attention to detail continues with Axis Lighting’s Beam 4 fixtures recessed into the exterior canopy. Equipped with daylight harvesting, they glow automatically as natural light fades—adding safety and ambiance at just the right time.
